The meeting approved the reappointment of Mr. Anurag Rathi as Managing Director for five years starting January 21, 2026, and the reappointment of Mr. Uddhav Rathi as Whole Time Director for the same period. Mr. Hukum Singh was appointed as Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director after serving as Additional Director since October 25, 2024. The company also appointed M/s Siya Ram & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years from financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30. The company reported total revenue of ₹13,305.90 lacs, compared to ₹14,764.30 lacs in the same quarter last year, representing a decline. Revenue from operations stood at ₹13,283.55 lacs versus ₹14,748.28 lacs in Q1 FY2024-25. Net profit for the quarter was ₹84.19 lacs, down from ₹96.65 lacs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Basic and diluted earnings per share decreased to ₹0.52 from ₹0.59 in Q1 FY2024-25. The company maintained its equity share capital at ₹1,633.04 lacs. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 12, 2025. The company reported no outstanding defaults on loans or debt securities and no exceptional items during the period.
