Rathi Bars Limited disclosed that CARE Ratings has assigned a BBB credit rating with stable outlook on its long-term bank facilities worth Rs 83 crore. Rathi Bars Limited held its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 16, 2025, where shareholders approved several key resolutions. The meeting approved the reappointment of Mr. Anurag Rathi as Managing Director for five years starting January 21, 2026, and the reappointment of Mr. Uddhav Rathi as Whole Time Director for the same period. Mr. Hukum Singh was appointed as Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director after serving as Additional Director since October 25, 2024. The company also appointed M/s Siya Ram & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years from financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30.
