Rupabhai Maganbhai Patel (DIN:11291265) was appointed as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, contributing over 30 years of experience in agriculture sector operations including harvesting, trading, and cold storage. Both appointments are for five-year terms subject to shareholder approval. The company reconstituted its board committees following these appointments. The Audit Committee is now chaired by Payal Sadhu with Modi and Devendrasinh Umat as members. Both the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee are chaired by Patel with Modi and Umat as members. Neither new director holds shares in the company or directorships in other listed companies, and both are unrelated to existing directors.
