Elitecon International Schedules 38th AGM for September 30, Appoints New Independent Director

8 days agoElitecon International Limited's Board of Directors approved several key decisions on September 6, 2025. The company scheduled its 38th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2025 at 3:00 PM via video conferencing. The Board approved the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 and appointed Mr. Aakash Goel of G Aakash & Associates as both scrutinizer for the AGM and secretarial auditor for five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. The company also appointed Mr. Edward Michael Bourgoin as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective September 6, 2025. Bourgoin is a British citizen with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Cambridge and holds board positions in several companies including Buckingham Square Limited and MB Power (Madhya Pradesh) Limited. The company set September 24-30, 2025 as the book closure period and September 27-29, 2025 for remote e-voting.
Elitecon International led with a 22,344% gain among 33 stocks that delivered exceptional returns since the previous Ganesh Chaturthi. Kothari Industrial Corporation and Colab Platforms followed with 2,557% and 981% gains respectively. Elitecon International delivered robust quarterly performance with revenue reaching 1.99 billion rupees compared to 496 million rupees in the same period last year. Net profit increased significantly to 204 million rupees from 45 million rupees year-over-year. The company's EBITDA grew to 208 million rupees versus 49 million rupees in the previous year, while EBITDA margin improved to 10.47% from 9.93% year-over-year.
