The acquisition includes 3,35,79,948 equity shares and 30,04,692 compulsorily convertible preference shares of Pepperfry. TCC will issue 1,18,19,109 equity shares at Rs 557.9445 per share to Pepperfry's existing shareholders as consideration. Pepperfry, founded in 2012, is India's largest omnichannel furniture and home goods e-commerce marketplace with 150+ studios across 100+ cities and reported turnover of Rs 164.18 crores for FY 2025. The company also approved an Employee Stock Option Plan for granting up to 35,00,000 options to eligible employees.
