Ashok Kumar Modi Acquires 13.16% Stake in National General Industries Through Family Gift Transfer

Sep 26, 2025Ashok Kumar Modi acquired 7,27,745 equity shares representing 13.16% of National General Industries Limited through inter-se transfer from his sons Madhur Modi and Vasu Modi.
