Midwest Energy Q1 Results: Net Loss Narrows to ₹11M YoY9 days ago
Midwest Energy reported a Q1 consolidated net loss of ₹11M rupees, significantly narrowing from a loss of ₹38M in the same period last year, while revenue surged to ₹62M from ₹5M YoY.
Midwest Energy Limited has initiated a postal ballot for shareholders to approve a 10:1 equity share split, appoint two new directors, and sanction related-party consultancy fees.
Midwest Energy Limited (formerly Midwest Gold) sees four directors and its CFO resign on July 28, 2026. New appointments include a seasoned banker as independent director and a new CFO. A related-party consultancy deal with former WTD Deepak Kukreti requires shareholder approval via postal ballot.
