The company also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee with effect from the same date. The new committee structures include the newly appointed directors alongside existing members Swapnil Sharad Shimpi and Shalin Ashok Shah in various roles across the three committees.
