Aug 09, 2025GPT Healthcare Limited reported revenue from operations of INR107 crores for the first quarter, representing 9.5% growth. EBITDA stood at INR18.9 crores with a 17.9% margin, impacted by initial losses of approximately INR4.5 crores from the new Raipur hospital. Excluding these losses, EBITDA margin would be around 22%. Profit after tax was INR7.7 crores with a 7.7% margin. The company commissioned a 158-bed facility in Raipur on May 2, 2025, under an asset-light model, bringing total bed capacity to 719 beds across five hospitals. The Raipur hospital achieved 7% occupancy in 1.5 months with ARPOB of INR39,180. Network-wide bed occupancy stands at 42% due to the new hospital addition. ALOS improved to 3.4 days from 3.54 days, and ARPOB was INR38,913. The company signed an MoU for a 150-bed hospital in Jamshedpur with INR60 crores investment, expected to be commissioned by end of calendar year 2026. Management expects EBITDA breakeven for Raipur hospital in 12-15 months and targets reaching 1,000 beds within 2 years.
