Sep 25, 2025Chemo Pharma Laboratories Ltd shareholders approved multiple key appointments at their Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2025. The company appointed Ruchit Mehta as Managing Director & CEO, bringing 4.5+ years of experience in consultancy business and management. Utsav Trivedi was appointed as Executive Director & CFO with 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Three Independent Directors were also appointed: Sarvagya Goel, a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2016; Shilpy Chopra, a Company Secretary with B.Com degree; and Simran Tripathi, a Graduate and Inter Chartered Accountant. The company also appointed M/s. Arvind Sudra & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for 2025-2030, and M/s. SSRV & Associates as Statutory Auditors for the same period to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditors. All appointments are effective from March 31, 2025, except for Simran Tripathi's appointment which is effective from December 31, 2024.
