Bloom Industries Approves Continuation of Independent Director Beyond Age 75, Schedules Annual General MeetingAug 26, 2025
Bloom Industries Limited's Board of Directors approved the Directors Report for FY 2024-25 and scheduled the 36th Annual General Meeting for September 23, 2025. The company set book closure dates from September 17-23, 2025. Based on the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's recommendation, the Board approved the continuation of Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha as Independent Director despite him approaching age 75, subject to shareholder approval through special resolution at the upcoming AGM. Mr. Sinha brings over 50 years of sales and marketing experience, with more than 40 years in the cement sector, having worked with companies including Kalyanpur Cements Ltd, Cement Corporation of India, ACC Ltd, and Shiva Cement Limited. He is not related to any Board directors or company promoters and has not been debarred from holding directorship positions.
Bloom Industries Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
