Knowledge Realty Trust Announces ₹16 Billion Debut Bond Sale

Knowledge Realty Trust Approves INR 3,200 Crore Fundraising Through NCDs and Term Loan
Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT) has approved fundraising of INR 3,200 crore. This includes INR 1,600 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and a term loan facility of up to INR 1,600 crore from Bajaj Housing Finance Limited.
