VSF Projects Q1FY27 loss widens to ₹6.49 lakh

Aug 11, 2026VSF Projects reported a net loss of ₹6.49 lakh for Q1FY27, driven by rising expenses and nil operating income. The Board also approved the re-appointment of two independent directors.
Shareholders approved increasing authorized share capital and related party transactions with promoters. The resolutions were passed via e-voting on July 15, 2026.
VSF Projects Limited has called for a postal ballot to approve doubling its authorized share capital to ₹34 crore and borrowing up to ₹15 crore from promoters. The e-voting period runs from June 16 to July 15, 2026.
