Kati Patang Lifestyle Limited's Board approved consolidated and standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company successfully completed a rights issue of 1,02,56,651 partly paid-up equity shares at Rs. 20 per share, raising Rs. 20,51,33,020, which was oversubscribed by more than 10%. The alcoholic beverage and lifestyle company plans to expand into three new markets - Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh starting September/October. The company will re-introduce its premium lager beer Saffron Lager in Delhi and Haryana markets by end of the quarter and has signed new lease capacity in Uttarakhand to increase production capacity. This expansion aims to address Bhutan-linked regulatory challenges in Delhi that impacted Q1 FY26 revenues. The company has developed three marketing intellectual properties: Kati Patang Quiz League, Kati Patang Spin City, and Kati Patang Trial Room, targeting specific communities and designed as revenue-generating models.
Kati Patang Lifestyle Limited has extended the closing date of its rights issue from July 25, 2025 to August 1, 2025. The Rights Issue Committee made this decision to provide shareholders additional time to exercise their rights. The rights issue opened on July 17, 2025. The company has updated its revised schedule with the basis of allotment and date of allotment scheduled for August 4, 2025, credit of rights equity shares and listing on August 5, 2025, and trading commencement on August 6, 2025. The last date for off-market renunciation of rights entitlements is July 31, 2025. No other changes have been made to the Letter of Offer or Common Application Form except for the closing date extension and resultant changes to the post-issue activity timeline.
