Virat Industries Limited's Board of Directors discussed a proposal to make strategic investments through acquisitions of companies within the Brahm Group. The target companies operate in luxury handbags, sports skills and fitness optimization centers, wellness and spa business, and seafood and meat distribution. Managing Director Adi F. Madan has been authorized to engage a registered valuer and negotiate deals before presenting them to the Board in a subsequent meeting. Additionally, the Board authorized Madan to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates and approved the appointment of Ms. Shreeya Mahendra Jadav as Company Secretary effective October 10, 2025.

Virat Industries Limited approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing revenue from operations of Rs 3,162.58 lakh compared to Rs 773.35 lakh in the previous quarter and Rs 599.05 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company reported profit after tax of Rs 88.43 lakh for the quarter. The Board also approved the appointment of Smt. Supriya Anil Shete as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective August 13, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The company, which manufactures socks, also completed an equity share allotment of 95,99,999 shares at Rs 104 per share to M Bhavook Chandraprakash Tripathi, increasing paid-up equity capital from Rs 4.92 crore to Rs 14.52 crore. Earnings per share stood at Rs 0.98 for the quarter.
