Net profit for the quarter was Rs. 61.89 lakhs versus Rs. 72.76 lakhs in the corresponding period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 1.43 compared to Rs. 1.67 in the previous year same quarter. The Board also appointed Mr. Chetan D Shah as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval.
