JG Chemicals Limited reported quarterly results with consolidated revenues of INR 221.4 crores, EBITDA of INR 23.2 crores, and profit after tax of INR 16.35 crores. The Board approved a Greenfield capital expenditure of INR 100 crores for a 40,000 metric ton per annum zinc chemicals facility at Dahej, Gujarat, with potential to generate INR 900 crores in revenue. The company acquired 11.43 acres of land at Dahej and an additional 2.96 acres adjacent to its existing Naidupeta facility. JG Chemicals is India's largest zinc oxide manufacturer and among the top five globally, serving over 200 domestic customers and 50+ international clients across 10+ countries. The company operates at approximately 70% capacity utilization across three plants with combined capacity of 70,000 metric tons per annum. Management expects to increase non-rubber product share from current 15% to 30% over the next four to five years, targeting double-digit volume growth and margin expansion of 200-300 basis points through specialty products.

Chemicals plans to increase its non-rubber revenue share to 30% by leveraging advanced recycling technology to enter Western India's ceramics, pharmaceutical, and agriculture markets. The company is expanding capacity at its Naidupeta facility and developing new specialized grades to boost 'content per tyre' and improve profit margins.
J.G. Chemicals reported Q1 consolidated net profit of 157.7 million rupees compared to 152 million rupees in the previous year. Revenue increased to 2.18 billion rupees from 2 billion rupees year-over-year. However, EBITDA declined to 198 million rupees from 224 million rupees, with EBITDA margin compressing to 9.08% from 11.07%. The company has approved capital expenditure for an expansion project in Dahej, Gujarat.
