Vas Infrastructure Ltd Approves Quarterly Results and Schedules 30th AGM for September 2025

Aug 12, 2025Vas Infrastructure Ltd's RP Committee approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, and scheduled the 30th Annual General Meeting for September 23, 2025, to be held via video conferencing. The committee appointed M/s. RSMJ and Associates as scrutinizer for the AGM, M/s. Tambi & Jaipurkar as internal auditor for FY 2025-26, and M/s. Pranay Mandhana & Associates as secretarial auditor. CDSL and MUFG Intime (India) Private Limited were appointed to provide e-voting platform services. The National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench has scheduled a hearing on August 21, 2025 to consider the Resolution Plan submitted by Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited for VAS Infrastructure Limited. VAS Infrastructure is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under IBC 2016. The matter (IA no 41 of 2025) will be heard in Court-II, subject to the cause list.
