Valplast Technologies Limited announced plans to establish a new manufacturing facility in Alwar, Rajasthan to produce PVC membranes for waterproofing applications. The facility will be located at Plot No. F-115-B, MIA Industrial Area, with an estimated project cost of 3.5 crores including machinery, plant setup, and infrastructure. The plant will have a proposed capacity of 1.8 million square meters annually and a rated capacity of 6,000 square meters per day across two shifts. Operations are expected to commence on January 1, 2026, with financing through internal accruals and IPO proceeds. The facility will manufacture 2mm thickness PVC membranes for infrastructure, construction, and industrial sectors, supporting both domestic and export markets as part of the company's backward integration and capacity expansion strategy.
