The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 170.84 lakhs for the quarter, compared to Rs 143.45 lakhs in the previous quarter. For the half-year period, revenue stood at Rs 314.26 lakhs versus Rs 326.40 lakhs in the corresponding previous period. The company recorded a loss of Rs 7.84 lakhs for the quarter, compared to a loss of Rs 0.35 lakhs in the previous quarter. However, for the half-year period, the company showed a loss of Rs 8.19 lakhs against a profit of Rs 24.85 lakhs in the previous corresponding period. The company appointed Mr. Karm Sawhney as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years from November 12, 2025, to November 11, 2030. The auditors noted that the company has not booked interest income of approximately Rs 3.56 lakhs on loans provided to group companies and has not recorded interest expense of approximately Rs 3.23 lakhs on borrowings from group companies during the quarter.
