Tulsyan NEC Limited files addendum to Power Purchase Agreement with Manikaran Power Limited, adding technical capacity and grid connectivity requirements clause.
Tulsyan NEC Limited successfully completed the sale of its Chennai land parcel measuring 638 sq.mts for ₹2.33 crores to Sekar Steel Syndicate on December 18, 2025.
Tulsyan NEC Limited reported a net loss of Rs 692.85 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 476.61 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 2,447.29 crore from Rs 1,805.20 crore year-on-year. For the six-month period, the company's net loss widened to Rs 1,693.20 lakhs versus Rs 437.33 lakhs in the previous year. The company operates through three business segments: Steel Division, Synthetic Division, and Power. Finance costs rose significantly to Rs 1,736.67 lakhs in the quarter from Rs 849.02 lakhs last year. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results at their meeting held on November 12, 2025.
