Eris Lifesciences Receives ANVISA Approval for Injectable Facility; Amanta Healthcare Plans IPOAug 27, 2025
Eris Lifesciences announced that its sterile injectable manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad has received approval from ANVISA, Brazil's national health regulatory agency. The facility is part of subsidiary Swiss Parenterals acquired by Eris in 2024. The approval follows a successful inspection conducted in April 2025, and the company expects to receive approval for a second facility soon. Both facilities are EU-GMP and PIC/s approved and supply products to Latin American markets including Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Peru. The ANVISA approval enables the company to launch products in Brazil and achieve comprehensive coverage of the Latin American pharma market. Meanwhile, Amanta Healthcare Limited, a pharmaceutical company engaged in development, manufacturing, and marketing of sterile liquid products, proposes to open its Initial Public Offering on September 01, 2025, aiming to raise Rs. 12,600.00 Lakhs at the upper price band. The issue size is up to 1,00,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each with a price band of Rs. 120 - Rs. 126 per equity share.

Technichem Organics listed at ₹57.25 on BSE SME, a 4% premium over its IPO price of ₹55. The stock later gained to ₹60.10, up 9.27% from the issue price. The IPO, which raised ₹25.25 crore, was oversubscribed 425 times across investor categories.
