Promoter Ravi Todi plans to sell 1,57,03,800 equity shares (10.13% stake) of Twamev Construction And Infrastructure Limited through offer for sale mechanism on November 18-19, 2025, with floor price set at ₹32.50 per share. The sale aims to achieve minimum public shareholding compliance as prescribed under SEBI regulations, with separate windows for non-retail investors on T-day and retail investors on T+1 day.
Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited (formerly Tantia Constructions Limited) announced its board meeting outcomes for November 12, 2025. The company approved unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The board acknowledged that stock exchanges imposed a monetary penalty on the company for delayed submission of the Annual Report for Financial Year 2024-25 beyond prescribed timelines. The company has since submitted the annual report and paid the penalty. The auditor's review report highlighted several matters including the company's process of making settlement of resolution plan amount of Rs 2100 Lacs subject to account upgradation status from NPA as per NCLT Kolkata order dated July 14, 2025. Twamev Construction Receives Contract Value Increase of Rs 15.38 Crore from East Coast Railway
