Syschem (India) Limited received a court order disposing of a litigation case filed by Shri Shubham Road Carer. The Additional Chief Judge at City Civil Court, Secunderabad dismissed the suit as not pressed after the plaintiff filed a memo stating the suit was not being pursued. Despite winning the case, Syschem faces a total financial impact of Rs 15 lakh, comprising a principal amount of Rs 9.14 lakh plus litigation costs and interest of Rs 5.85 lakh. The company received the court order on September 12, 2025.
Syschem (India) Limited, a bulk drugs and pharmaceutical intermediates manufacturer, presented quarterly results for June 2025. The company experienced a modest revenue dip in the June 2025 quarter attributed to weaker demand early in the new financial year, but reported a 24% quarter-over-quarter revenue increase for the quarter ending June 2025.
