Swadeshi Industries Leasing Limited has entered into a strategic business partnership with Perlas Weil Flores International Trading Corporation, Philippines, along with Flores Inc. The partnership aims to strengthen business cooperation between India and ASEAN countries through development of MSME Industrial Parks in the Philippines and other ASEAN nations, promotion of enterprise setup within Swadeshi MSME Industrial Business Parks in India, and collaboration in agriculture agrotech food processing, industrial development, technology exchange, renewable energy, EV mobility, and startup incubation. The agreement was signed by Dr. Nitin Sharma, Director of Swadeshi Industries Leasing Limited, and Ms. Julie Anne Flores, President & CEO of Perlas Weil Flores International Trading Corporation. The collaboration focuses on enhancing bilateral trade, entrepreneurship, sustainable industrial growth, women empowerment, and rural development. Swadeshi Industries is currently developing 100 MSME Industrial Parks in India, with the first project planned at Udaipur (Thimoli Salasar), Rajasthan. The memorandum of understanding was executed in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and remains valid for five years.

Swadeshi Industries & Leasing Ltd reported unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing significant growth with total income rising to INR 929.43 lacs from INR 235.90 lacs in the same quarter last year. Net profit increased to INR 34.56 lacs compared to INR 5.10 lacs in the previous year quarter. The company appointed Mr. Dilip Jagdish Pendse as Independent Director and Mr. Naresh Poonamchand Jain as Chief Financial Officer. The board approved borrowing up to INR 25 crore from banks or financial institutions and authorized acquisition of 350,000 equity shares in Swadeshi Agrotech Industries Private Limited.
