Nov 12, 2025Swadeshi Industries Leasing Limited has entered into a strategic business partnership with Perlas Weil Flores International Trading Corporation, Philippines, along with Flores Inc. The partnership aims to strengthen business cooperation between India and ASEAN countries through development of MSME Industrial Parks in the Philippines and other ASEAN nations, promotion of enterprise setup within Swadeshi MSME Industrial Business Parks in India, and collaboration in agriculture agrotech food processing, industrial development, technology exchange, renewable energy, EV mobility, and startup incubation. The agreement was signed by Dr. Nitin Sharma, Director of Swadeshi Industries Leasing Limited, and Ms. Julie Anne Flores, President & CEO of Perlas Weil Flores International Trading Corporation. The collaboration focuses on enhancing bilateral trade, entrepreneurship, sustainable industrial growth, women empowerment, and rural development. Swadeshi Industries is currently developing 100 MSME Industrial Parks in India, with the first project planned at Udaipur (Thimoli Salasar), Rajasthan. The memorandum of understanding was executed in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and remains valid for five years.
