Aerpace Industries Calls Extraordinary General Meeting for Director Appointments and ESOP Expansion

9 days agoAerpace Industries' Board has decided to seek shareholder approval through an Extraordinary General Meeting on December 24, 2025, for appointing two new directors and expanding their Employee Stock Option Plan pool from 70 lakh to 1.45 crore options. The company will also seek approval for material related party transaction limits with Aerpace Robotics Private Limited for up to Rs. 30 crores.
Aerpace Industries Signs MoU with Andhra Pradesh Government to Develop India's First Drone CityNov 15, 2025
Aerpace Industries Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board to participate in developing India's First Drone City in the Kurnool region, proposing to establish a state-of-the-art drone manufacturing facility at Guttapadu. The partnership will accelerate development across Aerpace's defense ecosystem (aerShield) and transportation heavy-lift drones (aerWing), positioning the company at the center of India's emerging UAV ecosystem transformation.
Aerpace Industries Limited approved its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a net loss of Rs 85.8 lakhs for the quarter compared to a loss of Rs 74.8 lakhs in the previous year quarter. For the half year, the loss widened to Rs 331.57 lakhs from Rs 112.69 lakhs in the previous year. The Board decided to seek shareholder approval through postal ballot for appointing Mr. Prakash Gaur as Non-Executive Director and Ms. Darshana Avadhooot Sawant as Non-Executive Independent Director. The company also plans to amend its Employee Stock Option Plan and increase the ESOP pool from 70 lakh to 1.45 crore options. Additionally, the Board approved material related party transaction limits with Aerpace Robotics Private Limited for up to Rs 30 crores. During the quarter, the company availed a loan of Rs 7.72 crores from related party Aerpace Robotics Private Limited for capital expenditure requirements.
