Skyline Millars Limited announced the completion of a demerger involving its promoter Dave Builders Private Limited. The National Company Law Tribunal approved the Scheme of Arrangement on June 26, 2025, with an appointed date of April 1, 2025. Under the demerger, Dave Builders Private Limited's 57,20,910 equity shares in Skyline Millars have been transferred to three resulting companies: Dave Star Private Limited (28,60,455 shares), Dave Skyline Private Limited (14,30,228 shares), and Dave Symphony Private Limited (14,30,227 shares). The demerger aims to provide greater administrative efficiency, operational rationalization, and focused management approach for each business unit. The tribunal found the scheme fair and reasonable with no objections from stakeholders. The companies are required to file necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies within 30 days and pay applicable stamp duty within 60 working days.
Skyline Millars Limited reported a net loss of ₹34.39 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of ₹18.44 crore in the same period last year.
