The Nomination & Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Mr. Shailesh Shah, with Mr. Shailesh Patel and Mr. Jayantilal Jhalavadia as members. The Stakeholder Relationship Committee will be headed by Mr. Jayantilal Jhalavadia as Chairman, with Mr. Shailesh Patel and Mr. Shailesh Shah serving as members. 5 days agoShilp Gravures Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing standalone profit of Rs 390.95 lakhs compared to Rs 382.37 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 2,249.41 lakhs from Rs 2,084.37 lakhs year-over-year. The company operates three segments: gravure rollers manufacturing, power generation, and others. Consolidated profit reached Rs 370.42 lakhs versus Rs 349.29 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 6.36 compared to Rs 6.22 in the corresponding quarter. Additionally, Mrs. Monica Kanuga resigned as Non-Executive Director effective August 7, 2025, citing changes in management and promoters after more than two decades with the company.
