Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited has issued a postal ballot notice seeking shareholder approval through special resolution to shift its registered office from Gujarat to Haryana and alter its Memorandum of Association. The company's management cited commercial considerations and aims to explore new growth opportunities, sectors, strategic acquisitions, and enhance operational efficiency in the northern region. The e-voting period runs from October 18, 2025 (9:00 AM) to November 17, 2025 (5:00 PM), with results to be announced by November 19, 2025. The proposal requires approval from both shareholders and the Central Government. Mr. Jatin Kapadia has been appointed as scrutinizer for the voting process. Albula Investment Fund Ltd sold 3,293,580 shares of Shanti Educational Initiatives Ltd through market transactions, reducing its shareholding from 8.15% to 6.11% as of October 14, 2025. The fund disposed of shares worth approximately ₹19.75 crores in the final transaction on October 14, 2025, through SMIFS Limited on BSE. The company's total share capital remains unchanged at 161 million shares. Albula Investment Fund, based in Mauritius, is not part of the promoter group of Shanti Educational Initiatives.
