Sandu Pharmaceuticals Limited received no-objection approval from BSE Limited for the reclassification of Akshath Finvest and Properties Private Limited from 'Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category. The reclassification affects 4,94,182 equity shares representing 5.12% of shareholding. BSE granted the approval through letter dated September 26, 2025, following Sandu Pharma's application submitted on May 30, 2025. The approval was granted under Regulation 31A of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

Aug 15, 2025Sandu Pharmaceuticals Limited reported mixed quarterly results with total income declining 2.2% to ₹1,671.67 lakhs compared to ₹1,709.03 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, the company achieved significant profitability improvements with net profit before tax rising 25% to ₹33.87 lakhs and net profit after tax surging 33.8% to ₹22.33 lakhs. Earnings per share improved from ₹0.17 to ₹0.23. The Goa-based pharmaceutical manufacturer demonstrated better cost management and operational efficiency despite the marginal revenue decline. The results were approved by the board on August 13, 2025, and published in newspapers on August 15, 2025.
Sandu Pharmaceuticals Resolves GST Show Cause Notice with Minimal Financial ImpactAug 14, 2025
Sandu Pharmaceuticals Limited has concluded proceedings related to a show cause notice from the Government of Maharashtra Department of Goods and Service Tax. The notice concerned excess Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims in GSTR 3B totaling Rs. 52,14,463 that were not available in GSTR 2A table 8A of GSTR 9. After submitting detailed reconciliation statements and registers, the GST authority allowed all ITC claims except Rs. 2,22,216, which the company accepted and paid. Additionally, the company paid Rs. 34,606 for less payment of Reverse Charge Mechanism liability and ITC claims of cancelled suppliers. The GST authority has dropped the proceedings following these payments, resulting in no major impact on the company.
