Revenue from operations increased 63.4% year-over-year to ₹238.67 crores compared to ₹146.07 crores in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax grew 65.3% to ₹1.64 crores from ₹0.99 crores in the previous year. The company operates primarily in edible oil processing and trading. Cost of materials consumed rose 65.7% to ₹234.39 crores, while other expenses decreased 41% to ₹3.20 crores. Earnings per share improved to ₹0.49 from ₹0.30 in the corresponding quarter. The company received no shareholder complaints during the quarter and will calculate income tax impact at year-end in March 2026.

Jul 29, 2025Regent Enterprises Ltd appointed Mrs. Sunita as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Independent Director category for a five-year term from July 29, 2025 to July 28, 2030, pending shareholder approval. The Board reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee to include the new director. Mrs. Sunita brings experience in management and administration and meets independence criteria under Companies Act 2013 and SEBI regulations. The company also dissolved its Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The appointments were approved during a Board meeting held on July 29, 2025.
