Raja Bahadur International Reports Net Loss and Announces Company Secretary Change2 days ago
Raja Bahadur International Limited's Board approved quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing a standalone net loss of ₹120.26 lakhs compared to a loss of ₹166.49 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations declined to ₹695.46 lakhs from ₹718.56 lakhs year-over-year, while other income surged to ₹450.27 lakhs from ₹48.83 lakhs. The company also announced leadership changes with Mr. Akash Joshi resigning as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective August 31, 2025, to explore new career opportunities. Mrs. Tanaya Tulsi Daryanani, a graduate and Company Secretary with 12 years of experience in secretarial and compliance areas, will replace him starting September 1, 2025.
