Radhe Developers (India) Limited's Board of Directors accepted the resignation of M/s. Parin Patwari & Co. as Statutory Auditors and recommended M/s. S Parth & Co. as replacement auditors, subject to shareholder approval. The resignation was previously communicated to the stock exchange on August 8, 2025. M/s. S Parth & Co., established in 2020 and based in Ahmedabad, offers services including audit, assurance, taxation, and startup advisory across diverse industries. The appointment will fill the casual vacancy and the new auditors will hold office until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also decided to modify the notice of the 31st Annual General Meeting.
Parin Patwari & Co., Chartered Accountants resigned as statutory auditor of Radhe Developers (India) Limited effective August 8, 2025. The auditor cited discontinuation of their proprietorship firm as the reason for resignation. The auditor was appointed on October 1, 2024, and their term was scheduled to expire at the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting in 2025-2026. The company confirmed no concerns were raised by the auditor regarding management and no material reasons existed for the resignation.
