Rachit Prints Limited appointed Mr. Rachit Gupta as Chief Financial Officer effective December 8, 2025, replacing Ms. Garima Moorjani who ceased to hold the position on November 29, 2025. Rachit Prints Limited has successfully completed installation and commissioning of 6 high-speed double jersey circular knitting machines at its manufacturing facility. The capacity expansion increases the company's total knitting machines from 17 to 23 units, boosting daily production capacity of knitted fabric from approximately 6,300 meters to 9,300 meters per day with effect from December 1, 2025.
Garima Moorjani resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel at Rachit Prints Limited effective November 29, 2025, citing her intention to pursue professional goals outside the organization.
