Oswal Yarns Limited held its 43rd Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Chick FI Restaurant in Ludhiana, Punjab. The company submitted the scrutinizer report to BSE Limited on October 1, 2025. Three ordinary resolutions were passed with overwhelming shareholder support. Resolution 1 received 1,839,835 votes in favor (100%) with only 800 votes against. Resolution 2 regarding the re-appointment of Mr. Kulwant Rai Dhawan (DIN: 00781090) as director retiring by rotation also received 1,839,835 votes in favor (100%) with 800 votes against. Resolution 3 for the appointment of Mr. Vikas Rai Berry as Secretarial Auditor received unanimous approval with 1,840,635 votes in favor (100%) and no votes against. The voting process included both remote e-voting from September 27-29, 2025, and physical voting at the meeting. Vikas Rai Berry served as the scrutinizer for the voting process.
