Sep 17, 2025Noida Toll Company has received a demand of Rs. 100.71 crore from the NOIDA Authority. The company has termed this demand as legally untenable and announced plans to pursue legal recourse against it.
Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited's Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The board appointed M/s Kumar Wadhwa & Company as secretarial auditors for a five-year term from 2025-26 to 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval at the 29th Annual General Meeting. The same firm was also appointed as scrutinizer for the e-voting process at the AGM. The board finalized the AGM notice, directors' report, corporate governance report, and management discussion and analysis for financial year 2024-25. The trading window for directors and insiders will reopen on August 8, 2025, 48 hours after publication of the quarterly results.
