Aug 25, 2025Minal Industries Limited appointed Mrs. Disha Hiteshkumar Rathod as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term from May 30, 2025 to May 29, 2030. The appointment was approved by shareholders through a postal ballot process with remote e-voting. Rathod brings experience in jewellery, gems, diamonds, and semi-precious stones, along with marketing skills and overseas market contacts. The company confirmed she is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority and meets all regulatory requirements for the director position.
Minal Industries Limited reported significant growth in its Q1 FY2026 financial results. Total income from operations increased to Rs. 1,245.7 lakhs from Rs. 574.39 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit before tax grew to Rs. 76.62 lakhs compared to Rs. 37.92 lakhs in Q1 FY2025. Net profit after tax rose to Rs. 68.14 lakhs from Rs. 37.92 lakhs year-over-year. Total comprehensive income increased to Rs. 81.25 lakhs versus Rs. 37.88 lakhs in the previous year's quarter. The company demonstrated over 100% revenue growth and improved profit margins during the quarter.
