M P K Steels (I) Limited appointed Ms. Priyanka Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective May 02, 2025. She continues in the Compliance Officer role following the company's share listing on October 06, 2025. Jain is a qualified Company Secretary with over 9 years of post-qualification experience in corporate compliance, statutory reporting, and governance advisory. She previously served as Compliance Officer at Vaibhav Lifestyle Limited and worked with firms including Jayant Raj Jain & Co. and Badaya & Co., managing compliance matters under the Companies Act, 2013.
