Kaiser Corporation Ltd has reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee with new appointments. The Audit Committee is now chaired by Mr. Bhushanlal Arora, with Mrs. Anagha Korde and Mrs. Hufrish Variava as members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is chaired by Mr. Rajendra Vaze, with Mrs. Anagha Korde and Mrs. Hufrish Variava serving as members. The Board of Directors approved these changes in committee composition.
Kaiser Corporation Ltd appointed Mr. Gitesh Nimkar and Mrs. Hufrish Variava as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors effective July 30, 2025. Both appointees are commerce graduates based in Mumbai with experience in accounts - Mr. Nimkar specializes in accounts and software while Mrs. Variava has expertise in accounts and administration. The appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. Neither director is related to existing directors, key managerial personnel, or promoter groups, and both are cleared to hold directorial positions without any regulatory restrictions.
Kaiser Corporation Reports Mixed Q1 Results with Standalone Profit but Consolidated Loss

Jul 30, 2025Kaiser Corporation Limited reported its quarterly results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company posted a profit after tax of Rs 1.33 lakhs compared to Rs 1.82 lakhs in the same quarter last year, with revenue from operations rising to Rs 18.90 lakhs from Rs 15.51 lakhs. However, consolidated results showed a loss after tax of Rs 50.13 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 11.22 lakhs in the previous year quarter, with consolidated revenue declining to Rs 308.97 lakhs from Rs 602.79 lakhs. The company operates in printing of labels and cartons, magazines, stationery, and consultancy services through three segments: printing, consultancy, and infrastructure projects. During the quarter, promoter shareholding reduced by 4.39% due to regulatory compliance requirements and personal financial planning. The board appointed two new independent directors - Gitesh Nimkar and Hufrish Variava - subject to shareholder approval, and deferred decisions on the Annual General Meeting schedule.
