On a standalone basis, the company recorded zero revenue from operations compared to Rs 200 lakhs in the previous quarter, while profit after tax declined to Rs 22.19 lakhs from Rs 382.44 lakhs. The consolidated results showed a more pronounced impact, with the company posting a loss of Rs 51.17 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs 364.64 lakhs in the previous quarter. Total consolidated expenses increased to Rs 90.19 lakhs from Rs 44.55 lakhs despite no operational revenue. Earnings per share on a standalone basis fell to Rs 0.10 from Rs 1.71, while consolidated EPS turned negative at Rs (0.23) from Rs 1.63. The company's subsidiary, Avishkar Keval Kunj Redevelopment Private Limited, was acquired in March 2025. The paid-up equity share capital remained unchanged at Rs 2,240.33 lakhs.
