Jay Ambe Supermarkets Limited's Board of Directors approved several key changes during their meeting on November 10, 2025. The company accepted the resignation of M/s. Jay M. Shah Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors effective November 7, 2025, and appointed M/s. PKN Co., Chartered Accountants to fill the casual vacancy, subject to shareholder approval.
