Gujarat Cotex Ltd board approved the appointment of M/s. Haresh Karvat & Co. as internal auditor for a five-year term starting September 1, 2026.
Gujarat Cotex Ltd plans to establish three new business divisions in edible oils, real estate, and hospitality. The board meeting on September 1, 2026, will also approve FY26 results and director appointments.
