DCX Systems has outlined a multi-year growth strategy focused on defence exports and electronics manufacturing, supported by a robust order book from offset programs. The company is expanding its aerospace and cable assembly capabilities while targeting higher margins through backward integration and strategic partnerships with global OEMs.
DCX Systems Limited submitted monitoring agency reports from CARE Ratings for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, covering utilization of proceeds from its Rs. 400 crore IPO and Rs. 500 crore QIP. For the IPO, the company has fully utilized Rs. 289.8 crore across debt repayment (Rs. 110 crore), working capital (Rs. 160 crore), and subsidiary investment (Rs. 19.8 crore). The remaining Rs. 62.49 crore earmarked for general corporate purposes remains unutilized, with the company obtaining board approval to reallocate Rs. 65.99 crore towards working capital and capital expenditures. For the QIP, Rs. 209.72 crore has been utilized for subsidiary investment in NIART Systems, while Rs. 276.93 crore remains unutilized. The company signed a joint venture agreement with ELTAS Systems Limited for Rs. 200 crore investment, though establishment is pending regulatory approvals. Unutilized funds from both offerings are deployed in fixed deposits earning 6.65% to 7.75% returns.
