The company raised ₹4,925.15 lakhs through the Rights Issue dated May 5, 2025. The funds were allocated across three main objects: ₹668.12 lakhs for capital expenditure in the form of investments in overseas subsidiaries, ₹917.03 lakhs for general corporate purposes, and ₹40.00 lakhs for issue-related expenses. The company's SIDLE Token generated ₹50 million in trading volume and processed over 1 million on-chain transactions. String Metaverse deployed Solana validation nodes processing ₹80 million in volume and 1 million DeFi transactions, while StringFintech HK Ltd processed ₹920 million in perpetual transaction volume. The company established high-performance computing colocation servers in LD-4 for Deribit and TY-4 for Binance and HyperLiquid to enhance transaction processing capabilities.
