Oct 16, 2025String Metaverse Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary String Fintech HK Ltd handled over $920 million USD in transaction volume on the Deribit Derivatives Exchange between September 15 and October 15, 2025. The subsidiary leveraged high-frequency trading architecture and ultra-low-latency servers to achieve this performance. String Fintech HK Ltd operates as the group's liquidity and derivatives hub, connecting to global data centers for sub-millisecond execution and real-time risk management. The company positions this achievement as highlighting its evolution into a leader in high-performance digital asset transaction infrastructure.
String Metaverse Limited has sold its complete shareholding of 1,38,83,568 equity shares in String AI IFSC Private Limited to Axill LLC, a Delaware-based company, for ₹1.84 crores (USD 2.09 lakh). The transaction was completed on September 11, 2025, resulting in String AI IFSC ceasing to be a subsidiary of String Metaverse Limited. String AI IFSC contributed ₹644.13 lakhs in revenue (1.58% of consolidated revenue) and had a net worth of ₹870.23 lakhs (5.39% of consolidated net worth) for the year ended March 31, 2025. The buyer, Axill LLC, is not related to the promoter group, and the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
