AREX Industries Reports Q2 2025 Results, Approves Director Reappointments and Business Expansion

Aug 13, 2025AREX Industries Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showing revenue from operations of Rs. 1,126.73 lakhs and net profit of Rs. 24.69 lakhs. The company reported basic earnings per share of Rs. 0.69. The Board also approved the reappointment of three Managing Directors - Dinesh Apparao Bilgi, Neel Dinesh Bilgi, and Chirag Dinesh Bilgi - for terms from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2029, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved amendments to the Memorandum of Association to expand business activities into packaging materials including aluminum foils, plastic packing, and various packaging solutions. The 36th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2025 via video conferencing, with book closure from September 23-29, 2025.
