Growington Ventures India Reports No Deviation in Rs 48.17 Crore Rights Issue Fund Utilization

The company has a wholly owned subsidiary, Elementures Foodstuff Trading LLC in Dubai. No deviations were reported in the utilization of funds raised through the rights issue.
