Navneet Kumar Mishra resigned from his position as Company Secretary Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel at Virtual Global Education Limited effective November 10, 2025. The resignation is attributed to personal reasons. Ms. Shikha confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation beyond those mentioned in her resignation letter.
