Vintron Informatics Statutory Auditor ATK & Associates Resigns Due to Document Unavailability

Oct 27, 2025ATK & Associates has resigned as statutory auditor of Vintron Informatics Limited with immediate effect. The auditor was appointed on June 13, 2024 for financial year 2023-24 and reappointed on October 7, 2024 for the period 2024-25 to 2028-29. The resignation was prompted by non-availability of audit documents and information within stipulated time, preventing the auditor from conducting statutory audit in accordance with applicable laws and auditing standards. The auditor's last submitted report was a limited review for the quarter ended June 2025. According to the resignation documentation, the lack of information would have significant impact on financial statements, though the auditor performed alternative procedures and confirmed this issue was not prevalent in previous financial statements.
Vintron Informatics Limited has called an extraordinary general meeting for November 18, 2025, to seek shareholder approval for changing the company name to Reganto Enterprises Limited. The company also proposes to expand its business activities by adding four new object clauses covering infrastructure construction, air transport and logistics services, IT infrastructure management, and transportation support services. Additionally, the company plans to increase its authorized share capital from Rs. 20 crores to Rs. 25 crores by adding 5 crore equity shares of Re. 1 each. The meeting will also address the appointment of M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates as statutory auditors following the resignation of the previous auditors M/s ATK & Associates on October 17, 2025. The company has received name availability clearance and compliance certification for the proposed changes.
