Vapi Enterprise Ltd's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Patel as Managing Director for five years, effective July 30, 2026. The decision is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
Vapi Enterprise reports a 10% QoQ drop in net profit to ₹35.59 lakh for Q1FY27, driven by lower other operating income. The Board also approved the resignation of Independent Director Himanshu Ruia and the appointment of Sanket Goyal.
