Nov 12, 2025Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited submitted its monitoring agency report for IPO proceeds utilization for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company raised Rs 4,009.20 million through its IPO held from September 9-12, 2025. Out of the total proceeds, Rs 2,714.15 million was utilized for working capital requirements including purchase of gold bars, loan repayments, and security deposits. Rs 347.15 million was spent on issue expenses including fees to merchant bankers and legal counsel. No funds were utilized for general corporate purposes during the quarter. Rs 930.81 million remains unutilized and is held in cash credit accounts and fixed deposits with Kotak Bank. The monitoring report was prepared by CRISIL Ratings Limited and reviewed by the company's Audit Committee. The company operates in the gems and jewellery sector and had expanded its manufacturing capacity by 35% between 2023 and 2025.
