Prevest DenPro Reports Strong Q1 FY2025-26 Results, Proposes Final Dividend and Main Board Migration

Aug 15, 2025Prevest DenPro Limited, a dental materials manufacturer, reported strong quarterly results for the period ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew to Rs 1,572.27 lakh from Rs 1,334.24 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit increased to Rs 463.42 lakh from Rs 365.14 lakh, with earnings per share at Rs 3.86. On a consolidated basis, the company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 1,576.63 lakh and net profit of Rs 440.54 lakh compared to Rs 367.27 lakh in the previous year's quarter. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.00 per equity share for FY2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 10, 2025. The company also approved a proposal to migrate its equity shares from BSE's SME Platform to the Main Board, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals. Growth was attributed to better product mix with increased premium products share and disciplined cost management.
